Terms of Service

Effective date: October 27, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Artek Group Technologies, LLC ("FlowSync", "we", "us") for using FlowSync. By using FlowSync, you agree to them.

What FlowSync is

FlowSync is online scheduling software. Businesses use it to publish booking pages, manage staff availability, take appointments and class enrollments, and send confirmations and reminders.

We provide the software only. The appointment, class or service itself is provided by the business you book with.

Accounts and access

• You need an account to use the staff and platform screens. Keep your sign-in details private, and tell us if you think someone else has them.
• Access is granted by the business or organization you belong to, and they can remove it.
• Give accurate information when you create an account.

Bookings made by customers

• When you book, the business's own policies apply: cancellation cut-off, late arrival, no-shows, payment and refunds.
• A business can require approval, in which case a booking stays pending until they accept it.
• You can cancel or reschedule from the link in your confirmation, within the business's cut-off. Outside that window, contact the business directly.

Using FlowSync fairly

Do not:

• Use FlowSync to send spam, or messages to people who did not consent.
• Try to reach another business's data, or interfere with the service.
• Copy, resell or reverse engineer FlowSync.
• Upload unlawful content, or use FlowSync to break the law.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Calendar connections

Connecting a Google or Microsoft calendar is optional, and each staff member connects their own account. FlowSync uses that connection only to add, change and remove the events for their bookings and to check busy times. Disconnecting stops it immediately. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is accessed and stored.

Text messages and email

Confirmations and reminders are sent to the contact details given at booking, with consent. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Message and data rates may apply.

Availability and changes

• We work to keep FlowSync available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages and failures at other providers can interrupt it.
• We may change or remove features, and will give notice of changes that materially affect how you use FlowSync.

Fees

FlowSync is provided under the plan agreed with the organization that set up the account. Where fees apply, they are set out in that agreement. Any price for a business's own services is set by that business.

Ending use

You may stop using FlowSync at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or after notice if an account stays inactive for a long period.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, FlowSync is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for a business's failure to provide a service you booked. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Artek Group Technologies, LLC is organized.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced to account holders by email.
