How FlowSync uses Google and Microsoft calendars
- Staff members can choose to connect their own Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook calendar.
- FlowSync adds their booked appointments to that calendar, updates or removes them when a booking changes, and can check busy times so customers aren't offered times when the staff member is unavailable.
- FlowSync does not read email, contacts or files.
Connecting a calendar is optional. Staff members can disconnect at any time, and our privacy policy explains exactly what is accessed and stored.
